CAP ON LIABILITY

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy or any other terms of services, the aggregate liability of the Company, its affiliates, service provider hereunder shall be limited to INR 1,000 only and shall not extend to any direct, indirect, or remote damages whatsoever, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits.
