HUDCO, incorporated in 1970, is a listed Miniratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, GoI. It is a public financial institution and primarily finances social housing and Urban Infrastructure projects. Over the past seven years, HUDCO has been taking incremental exposures exclusively to state governments and public-sector agencies.
