PNB Housing Finance (PNBHF) is an NHB-registered lender providing retail housing loans (purchase, repair, construction) and commercial financing, including LAP and residential plots. While it offers real estate development loans, no new sanctions have been issued since April 2019. As of September 2025, the company operates 356 branches across Metro and Tier I/II cities, with 198 dedicated specifically to its affordable housing business.
