The ratio in FY24 is 8.75x and it was 9.88 in FY23, indicating even though there is increase in borrowings and finance cost but due to investment of Rs 1,300 crore in SMFG India Credit Co Limited through a rights issue by Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group there is improvement in the ratios.
