Shriram Housing Finance Ltd was established in 2011 as a non-deposit taking housing finance company with National Housing Bank. SHFL is a subsidiary of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. It commenced operations with an objective to provide affordable housing finance but in Jun’18 the company has gone under restructuring of its operations and a shift in strategy.

The ratio in FY24 is 9.15x and it was 10.81x in FY23, indicating decrease in the debt level due to  significant increase in the profitability in FY24.
