Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT) is a SEBI-registered Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) under the SEBI REIT Regulations. It is sponsored by BRE/Mauritius Investments (Blackstone) and EPDPL. REIT has acquired the entire shareholding in 14 SPVs and owns a mix of office parks, hotels and solar power plant. The office parks in the proposed asset portfolio are located in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida and Pune.
