Pune-based EFL is a non-deposit taking NBFC engaged in asset financing since 1990. The company extends loans to MSME for various needs such as working capital, MF and industrial property financing. EFL also finances NBFCs/microfinance institutions and emerging enterprises. The company has a presence in tier 2 and tier 3 cities across 16 states and one union territory through 175 branches.
The ratio in FY24 is 6.24x and it was 8.36x in FY23. It indicates that the company’s debt level has decreased even though there is an increase in borrowings but there is an increase in profit due to which the issuer is able to maintain its profitability.
